Pathetic

Most pathetic service received from your ground personal at OR THAMBO B77 and the so called supervisor!!!! At firts we stood at front waiting for someone to look up at us and wave us to come over, eventually the lady at B77 (@05-50) made an attempt to to nod her head (luyanda mabuza) not a good morning, just a yes!!!! Then she talked so damn soft and rude! My son and his cousin always fly together no problem today thers a house full of problems. She does not have a clue what to do, and said oooh i need to find my supervisor, we waited, i told her please to hurry i need to check in to my flight she said yeah i am waiting for my supervisor who was having a chat to the lady NEXT TO HER! I told She gave an envelope and said something i again could nkt here, when i try to get her name she covered it, when i try to take a photo she shouted I WILL SUE THE HELL OUT OF YOU!!! This i pathetic! I will not keep it here nothing will happen to her she will keep talking like that to PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! And yes i was angry and yes i did use one swear word but tell me if someone talked to you so soft you can't here and do not want to go the extra mile! The SAA service left a bad taste in my mouth.
