non existent issue resolution

<p>I have tried numerous times to get this issue resolved with no one ever getting back to me, just case numbers or are there that much issues and it's just not my turn yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have flown with SA Express a number of times and had pleasant experiences. I have alway been happy to use SA Express and always looked forward you flying with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then there was an issue, understandably things don't always go the way that we want them to so i raised the issue and brought it up through the relevant channels, there has been no response, it's like the company does not care about customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have had road trips to those destinations I used to fly SA Express and other airlines have since introduced flights on those routes. Pity because I really liked flying with SA Express and had built great relationships with the in flight staff because of the level of service they give in flight. </p> <p> </p> <p>case numbers - ********** 5, ********** 7</p>
