Never fly SA Express

<p>I stopped flying SA Express because they are never on time. Unfortunately my company booked me again on this airline. I travel often between Gaborone and Johannesburg. Yesterday (05/03/17) I was on a flight (SA1775) from Johannesburg to Gaborone departing 2.30pm. On checking in at 12.30 I was told it was already delayed and would only depart at 3.30pm. I entered the Bidvest Premier Lounge around 2 and continually checked the board to see when it would board. To my amazement it went from delayed to Closed at `15.10. I was then informed the flight had left!!! No notice no intercom notification nothing. Going to the SA express desk I was rudely asked where I was and told I was sleeping as she could see it! How dare she speak to me like that, after telling her that I was watching the board and definately not sleeping she told me they "might be able to get me on a flight tomorrow (06/03/17). I informed her that I have a flight from Gaborone to Johannesburg on Tuesday and they should rather just cancel this as I would rather not waste time travelling back and forth. All of a sudden she "managed" to get me on the 18.10 flight same day!!! Upon giving me the ticket, she informed me that I should not sit in the lounges and should rather wait by the gate...to which I rep**** what do you want me to do sit on the floor and wait for another delayed flight!!. Needless to say today I cancelled my flight on SA Express and will now be flying Air Botswana who at least seem to mainly be on time. There is nothing Express about SA Express and there motto of "we fly for you" well thats a joke - you will never fly for me again and I hope others also realize how pathetic you are.</p>
