Never again!

<p>Booked SA Express for a direct flight HRE-DUR. They cancelled the flight to HRE and put me on a flight via JNB. Arrived 5 hours later, missed my appointment and had paid hundreds usd extra to get direct flight.</p> <p>Their customer care takes ages to respond (and only responded after I contacted their CEO!!). No compensation at all, not even a free towel (just jokin). Also remember their suspension inApril and the long list of complaints about cancellations. I will never use them again. They're unreliable, their customer care is non-existent and I won't agsin take the risk that my direct flight is canceled with this price difference in combination with their reputation. Never again!</p>
