Nadia Bishop of SA Express Durban - Most unprofessional

Nadia Bishop - very unprofessional - left a bad taste this morning after giving me the run around instead of being upfront in informing me that i was offloaded due to being 3 min late.

I understand rules are made but also can be amended especially if you arrive and the bus was still at the entrance.

She sent me on a wild goose chase to SAA staff where as she was the decision maker. If she could not stand her ground she should not be in a senior possession - very unprofessional.

Rather be upfront with a person instead of giving false hopes. Nadia needs more training on customer care.
