Mother and 3 month old baby totally ignored

I was traveling from Durban to East London and our flight was delayed by 3.5 hours. I was carrying my 3 month old baby with no pram. Etc. and at no time did anyone from SA Express offer to assist me. We were taken to the plane in Durban only to stand and wait for half an hour. I was in obvious distress and passengers had to come to my aid. When we landed at 21:35 in East London, my baby carrier ( Baby Bjorn) which I had given to the air hostess for safe keeping, was ****** from off the plane and we were met with total indifference and, in fact, irritation from land staff in East London when we tried to locate it on landing. This was flight 1309 on Friday 11 December 2015. I will never ever travel on SA Express or SAA again. I was terribly vulnerable, completely disempowered and became overwhelmed. If it were not for the passenger sitting next to me I would not have made it.
