Horrible Experience

It has been more more than a month since my luggage was lost in your care. More than 21 days now of your internal investgation that has not materialised. I find myself in a great despondency and livid at the level of your incompetency and lack of professionalism in handling my matter. To date I am still running behind you being taken from taken from pillar to post. I have not found joy at all from your staff who are handling the matter. The inconvenience I continue to experience everyday with my valuables in my lost bag bares me great grief. I hope that this injustice and inconvenience caused to me, no other customer experiences it like me because it is uncalled for, inhumane and cruel.
