flight delays

<p>On the 20th of October 2016 I was travelling from Cape Town to East London my flights was supposed to take off at 13:05 but we ended taking the 16:00 flight and no apology was offered, again on my way back from East London to Cape Town I was supposed to be on the 18:35 flight but I was told that the flight is cancelled I will be on the 19:50 flight again no apology was offered</p>
