Extremely bad service with SA Express

Made bookings to yravel feom Mthatha to Johannesburg 11/11/2019. The plane did not arrive due technical problem. SA Express staff in Mthatha airport very rudw and no coomunication with customers om the delay or promlem resolution. SA EXPRESS was contacted in Jhb and had to wait 30 min on the line and no one could help. They hide behind their poor call center. I am very disappointed with this airline and would implore on all to rather book flight with Sa Airlink from Mthatha. Express excellence hahahahaha!@@#
