Delays /price

I missed my 11.20am flight by 10 mins from kimberley to Johannesburg for my 19.15 connecting flight via dubai and the UK ,had to pay for another ticket R1133 for the 16.10 flight to Johannesburg which the lady reassured me I would be on time for my connecting flight, ended up being delayed due to technical fault until 17.40 approx,once in Johannesburg I ran to Emirates departure only to find out I missed my flight to the UK, Emirates informed me it was saexpress fault for the delay and they should help see what they can do even if it was to put me up in a hotel for the night ,they refused and had to spend the night in the airport ,cold, frightened, saexpress were unhelpful in every possible way ,they wanted to know why I didn't get the 11.20 am flight and basically said it was my fault ,I was like ***gy in the middle with both Emirates and sa express ,where sa express is the bully, I had to pay another R1133 TO GET BACK TO KIMBERLEY SO THE TOTAL COST FOR THE FLUGHT WAS R3399 and I'm stuck in kimberley with no way to get back to the UK, they took every last bit of money I had.
