delayed fights.

This morning we were suppose to depart OR Tambo at 7am for PE in which we sat on the plane till 930, only to be informed we will need to disembark and embark on another plane as there was nothing that could be done to resolve the technical issue. We eventually departed around 1030. NOT to mention I was extremely late for my business meeting that was scheduled to start at 930 and have possibly lost a client. I now sit here at PE INTERNATIONAL airport waiting for a flight to jhb and what do you know...? 1h30 is the expected delayed time. We were suppose to depart at 8. It's been a long a frustrating day and made 10 fold worse by the incompetence of SA EXPRESS. I for one will never fly with them again and yes you might look at it as....who cares, it's one individual complaint. This is the attitude so many of us have adopted in this country and hence why the service levels have hit rock bottom. Sad to say the least! Let's see, maybe something will be done with a complaint like this or will it just be shifted aside with a simple apology!!! SA express are pathetic!!!!!!
