Delayed

<p>I was supposed to be flying out to johannesburg today at 12.55 on SA 1006 from Bloemfontein but was told my flight is delayed by 30 minutes; when going through the boarding gates at 13.00, I was informed that the flight will leave for Johannesburg at 14.05 but fifteen minutes before that we are told the flight is delayed and might leave at 14.40 without anyone having the courtesy to come and explain to passenger at the boarding lounge at Bram Fischer Airport; instead it is only announced via a Public Announcement system.</p> <p>Some of us had reasons we booked an earlier flight because we had commitments upon arriving in Johannesburg that now have been jeopardized.</p> <p>bad customer service by SA Express</p>
