Payment Commitment Not Honoured
I would like to share my experience to help other businesses make informed decisions. We agreed on payment terms in writing, based on a longstanding business relationship. The work was completed as agreed, but the payment commitment was not honoured. When payment was later requested, the client raised concerns about previous work completed in 2022 and indicated that a credit should be issued for those historical jobs to offset the current outstanding amount, despite those jobs having previously been discussed and paid for. I am sharing this review without malice, simply to encourage other businesses to ensure that payment terms and outstanding accounts are clearly secured before proceeding with work.
