LED AR11 Downlights of extremely poor quality
I bought 50 AR11 LED Ceiling Down lights and was quite impressed with the price and the lifetime (according to SAEG website a light should last 50 000 hours. After installing them in a matter of 3 months 10 of the newly installed lights died. Now I basically loose a light every week. According to SAEG this never happened, but don't think they will replace or refund the broken lights. <br> To warn future customers, a bargain purchase will end up into an expensive purchase.<br> <br>

Fanie got in touch with you and explained that we would see what we could do for you, with regards to your LED lights that are no longer working on the condition that the lights came back within their original packaging.
As per the arrange between you and Fanie we are just waiting for you to bring back the lights that we can see what we can do about the lights that have stopped working.
