Took longer than expected to recieve goods

I recently purchased 3 inverters from SA Energy Experts, as purchased 10 batteries from them on my first purchase due to their incredible sale where I saved more than 50% on the same batteries which I purchased else where before. Their turn around time however on this purchase (which they mentioned would have been 5 working days time) took 7 days in total this time. They informed me which on the 4th day was due to high order amount delays. I would have appreciated being updated on a daily basis once the order was confirmed.
