Good overall service, maybe require more technical people

My only slight issue was in getting technical feedback from someone who could advise on technical issues on my hybrid inverter as they seem quite busy due to their limited sales offers (which to be honest cant find anywhere else). Otherwise I was very happy with SA Energy Experts overall service, particularly the fact that they were willing to do an exchange on one of the components of a kit they had already dispatched to me. Their Load Assessment form which I received for free was especially useful; and the dispatch and delivery of equipment was pretty fast and more efficient than other online retailers.
