Delay with order to installation point in Raaswater

We ordered 28 200Ah Omni Power batteries from SA Energy Experts, however the order was delivered a few days late. That wasn't too much of an issue as the package arrived via their drop off point in Raaswater close to us which we collected, but it would have been appreciated if the package arrived on the Sunday when we requested it.
