Owners refuse to fix order

<p>I put an order through them, not only did they miscount the stock and refused to take responsibility for it, they missed the deadline as well. When the order was finally delivered a third of what was embroidered was done so badly it's hard to believe that it was machine done. When I called the owner to find a way forward to fix it I was told that this is not the day for her to deal with faulty orders???? She procedeed to put the phone down on me while I was trying to discuss a solution with her, when she finally answered I was screamed at for their mistake and her business partner without knowing the situation took the call over and proceeded to shout at me as well. Instead of fixing it they just refunded me for the stuff up and told me to take all my business elsewhere, I still had another order placed with them that was paid in full which we then cancelled, this was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for that refund. Worst service experience ever!</p>
