We were contacted for free advertising in the SA Directories. Constant telephone calls and e-mails to advertise. *** number being used. We completed the update of information page and returned an e-mail in which we said "advertising at no cost" We then received an Invoice for R15 000.00. When I requested information on the charges, they then said we did not read the fine print. After this, when e-mailing or calling them, we receive no reply. We also e-mailed them for a proof of the advert - no reply. I also e-mailed to cancel so-called free advert - no reply - when requested company registration details, no reply. They keep on contacting us, demanding money and informing us we will be blacklisted.
