SA Directorys is a ***** and employs a marketing team to lie.

BEWARE!! This is a ****, and an incredibly rude and unprofessional company. Their marketing department pesters you telephonically, offering free advertising online and send you a form to 'update your details' - this form contains VERY SMALL terms and conditions, specifically designed to hide the costs. Once you sign they wait a few weeks (their T&Cs say you have 5 days to cancel from date of this form) and then you receive an invoice for R15,000. The website has no contact details, about information or any explanation of who the company is. The invoice shows a number that 'does not exist' - there is thus no way to get hold of them, and the ladies that call to discuss your account keep putting the phone down in your ear without offering any explanation. The website offers other packages for R1200 / R1800 a year, but none of this is anywhere in the contract and the company refuses to explain how the R15,000 cost is calculated and just threaten with handover. The company's name sounds like SA Directory Enquiry Services but is something entirely different - the spelling is designed to mislead. It is SA Directorys which is not even a word.
