SA Directory ****!!!

I have also been ****med by SA Directory and am now being pursued by ITC Summons. ITC Summons claim that our company owe them R15,850 for services rendered, R850 being their fee. I have on numerous occasions requested a meeting with a consultant or manager at SA Directory, as I would like them to explain to us exactly what service/product they sold us, to no avail. We refuse to pay them a cent as this was falsely marketed as a 'free service'. Please read the small print on the one pager that they send you to complete as this serves as their 'contract' even though just above the small print they clearly say, in larger print 'Free Service'. I will be reporting both companies to the Council of Debt Collectors, you can email them at *** to obtain a complaint form.
