Listing on SA Directory For Free

n 2022, our company was contacted by SA Directory offering a free listing. We agreed and signed the document based on that promise. To our shock, we were then issued an invoice for R15,000 — for what was supposed to be free. We raised concerns, but the issue was never resolved.

Now, in 2025, we’ve received another invoice — this time for R27,000. SA Directory is aggressively demanding payment and threatening to blacklist us. Their communication has become relentless and harassing. We feel trapped in a cycle of unjustified billing and ************.
