Complaint

Dept help is a ****. They put me under dept review without my consent. When I called them I was told I need to pay R5000.00 to be removed. I paid the R5000.00 and I was told I will get the cancelation letter, it's been almost 9 months and their phones are just ringing, and no one is answering any of my emails. Why is banks allowing this **** company to get our information and use it to **** us.
