Refund on wrong product delivered

I've ordered a shaver a while ago after seeing it online. When I eventually received it,it was the wrong product. I've returned it and another shaver was send.Wrong again. Both parcels was NOT the product ordered. Return the parcel again. No I'm struggling to get a refund. I'm using all correspondence platforms...e-mail and Whatsap.Suddenly no return/feedback on any messages
