SA defence force association does not care about people.

I've tried to get assistance from the Sa military veterans association for the past 2 years ,to be registered to the association and to apply through them for my military pension ,I don't have the R200 member fee to pay .but it seems they are not an association that help struggling ex military people .apparently afriforum are also involved to help,but did not assist,im very disappointed in this organisations,which were created to help ,and if you don't give them a donation you are not welcome,and are forced to sign a debit order.
