Complain

My husband joined this debt relief December 2023 with the hope of they will relief him on his debt and how they sounded so good about who they will help him and all of that was just a lie we are the one always continue acting them to follow up on our accounts if they are being paid or not and it’s a story to get hold of this people cause they don’t answer their phone it always ring and no answer and they have so many different number on the website but non of them are working so what happening now is that my husband is receiving calls, sms and emails from the some lawyers that standard has handed over the account to them as they terminate the contract with this A Debt Relief and what’s funny is that they did not say anything to us or they don’t know cause it seems like as much as they ignore our calls is as much as they ignore the emails as well. Last when we spoke to them regarding this they **** and said that we should not worry they will sort it out but cause what they do not care at all we left so many WhatsApp text emails as well as calls even today the is no response from them that’s how they are so ******** I will not advice anyone to join them at all . The last time I spoke to the boss or the owner or who ever she is it was when she wanted me to approve the mandate that’s it . **** **** **** **** they are
