Unattended query or assistance

We sent an email on the 21 of November letting them know my boyfriend was no longer working as he got dismissed, and we sent them the dismissal letter, the client care consultant named IIhaam Kamaar rep**** saying the letter was not clear, then we sent another one which was clear and she no longer got in contact with us we even sent the details of the office so they could call and confirm everything but nothing, instead we keep getting messages from them of unpaid debt that they will be deducting even now and then so we worried that we'll be in areas and it will be like the money we were paying for the past year we were just throwing it away. Please help
