Not trust able
Very bad company to be having to deal with your financial matters, I'm still awaiting a court order to confirm my debt review in over a year now. You will get promised so much while signing up with them and then they will give a run around like nobody business. Wish i could expose this company for what its worth.

20 Sept 2022, 11:46Good Day Gishendren,
When a consumer seeks the assistance of a Debt Counselor and agrees to the terms that are set out by the DC and the credit providers it becomes very difficult for the Debt Counsellor to help the consumer when they do not adhere to the debt review agreement they signed. We have carried out all agreed-upon requirements, however, you have not.
In order for the matter to be finalised in court, we require a signed and commissioned confirmatory affidavit from the consumer. We sent the confirmatory affidavits to you in March 2022 and have yet to receive them, without them your appointed attorney can not represent you in court, which you have acknowledged in an email to us.
We have explained this all to you previously but unfortunately, there is only so much we can do if a consumer does not co-operate with the debt review process.

Thank you for response, firstly I am not here to debate with you, I need your assistance to help me finalize this process, please check on your record of how times I have called in enquiring regarding this confirmatory affidavit. This is really unfair as I have indicated that my wife lost her job and your consultant advised her that the confirmatory affidavit needs to be redrafted due to this. Now if you are indicating that this process can’t be finalized, then why am I not not receiving this document. Its been 7 months now that I’m enquiring this matter and the responses I receive is that is very annoying cause you guys can never give positive response back.
This was an email that was sent to you April 2022 with your response.
Good day Mr Reddy,
Kindly note reckless lending is a process and I cannot advise when this will be concluded as you have multiple credit providers listed.
Standard Bank has terminated the account due to the fact they declined the proposed amounts offered to them.
As per your discussion with Elliot he advised that between Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank an increase of R3500.00 was required.
You further advised that you cannot accommodate the increase to these credit providers and could only increase by that of R700.00
The R700 was utilized for that of MFC vehicle to secure your vehicle payment and get an acceptance to which the remaining creditors still countered the offers
and requested the counter amounts of which you could not accommodate.
In this if the credit providers do not receive what they are requesting they will terminate as the proposed amounts are too low for the outstanding balance received
For the these accounts as the terms are excessive and are out the 60 month period for debt review accounts. Which means the debt does not solve within a reasonable period for them to receive payment.
This was also sent in detail to you via email from Elliot explaining the implications of thereof and that an application for a court order will be processed for the magistrate
to make a decision based on the final outcome to that of the credit providers.
In relation to your wife retrenchment the credit providers were notified of this and a grace period was requested for 3 months which is inclusive of March to May.
This grace period allows for non-payment during the 3 months to the credit providers that agree to a grace period. Which has been granted by Standard Bank and Homechoice
thus far. Nedbank has declined the grace period request and require their payments monthly.
The confirmatory documents you received must be signed by you and your spouse at the police station and be commissioned by the commissioner of oaths at the station.
Alternatively you can have these commissioned at your post office as well and have your supporting documents certified that are requested in the email by our appointed attorney.
Once this has been completed on your end you must post or courier the documents to our office in order for attorney to process the court application.
I have emailed the attorney’s office to amend your wife documents and send through the updated one to you. I am still awaiting to date
I trust you find the above in order in this regard.
Kind Regards,
