flagged as under debt review when Im not

I made the worst mistake by calling debt guidance in January 2020, i made enquiries but they listed me as one of their client, in 2021 i tried to app**** to apply for car finance only to find that I have been listed as under debt review, I've been calling Debt Guidance to clear my name but they never did, till today T'm struggling because I've been listed. Debt guidance lies sies. they will mess up your name just like they did to mine. when you call in, they will never help you instead they will refer you to the next person who doesn't know anything. they only nice when they want to bring you onboard once they mess you up you will be on your own.
