Disappointing service

Receiving extremely poor and extremely slow service, been requesting for documentation for weeks now with no response or the documents given are the incorrect documents. Without approval as well they had taken money out my account yet i had not signed a contract (as i have not received one despite requesting for one on multiple occasions).
