Debt guidance changed my life

4 years ago I was with a partner that asked me to take loans and credit cards on my name for him that landed me in a lot of debt, it came to a point where I was over indebted and could not afford to live, he promised me that he will help me pay off the debt but he left, I was left with a huge amount of debt on my name and did not know what to do.
