DEBT GUIDANCE ASSISTED ME

I'm on debt review with Debt Guidance. I never missed any payments but FNB phoned me a few times claiming that they don't receive the monthly payments from Hyphen PDA. As a result they sent me an email stating that they have handed me over to their attorneys to claim the full balance on my credit card. I then contacted Hyphen and Debt Guidance. They assisted me, rep**** to all my emails, phoned me several times, they also contacted FNB who then claimed the email they sent me was a mistake and all payments are up to date. I then immediately switched from fnb to a different bank. DONT LET CREDITORS INTIMIDATE YOU OR TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY EXTRA MONEY. WHEN THEY THREATEN YOU WITH LAWYERS CONTACT YOUR DEBT COUNSELOR FIRST. DONT MAKE ANY OTHER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH THEM.
