BAD SERVICE PROVIDER

I been under debt counselling and debt review since June 2017 via Debt Guidance SA - Durban Branch which advertised via East Coast Radio regarding their services, which turns out to be very poor and bad. In October 2019 I requested certain information from the Durban Office of Debt Guidance which seems to operate under the name of Fekuza Trading (Pty) Ltd also. Till date no feedback and no information that is requested. I been in contact (telephone and E Mails) to their offices (Office Manager Carolina) and consultant Cathy and Shannon. Also they have relocated and the address on the internet and in their contact menu is no longer correct.
