Thembi from SA Debt Counsellors has the worst attitude ever

<p>I called SA debt counsellors a number of times this morning & struggled to get through to them. I finally spoke to a woman called Thembi</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked her what I needed to do in order to cancel my debt review cancellation & she gave me a ridiculous amount even though I am still within the 60 days lawful period for cancellation. When I complained about the amount she started giving me an attitude as if I owe her personally.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked her for an sms with the amount & banking details & she insisted that I give her the date I would be paying. I explained to her that I don't have an amount like that right now & I am not sure when I would pay. She said I must call again when I know... She was so rude & sarcastic that I would advise anybody to fight their own debts & not include 3rd parties who charge ridiculous amounts for doing nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why did she end up sms-ing the details if it was so difficult in the 11st place.
