Worse service i had to endure from 20/07/2024 to date

I contacted SA debt clearance services and was promised that on the 20/07/2024 that I will get the form 19 and that the debt review flag will be removed to-date I am still struggling to get response and they failed to get prescription letters and I asked that they just remove debt review flag from my name they are still failing, they used to respond daily and kept me update until i made my last payment they completely stopped talking to me and they gave me Claudine's email and contact numbers but i can't reach claudine on email or whatsapp and I can see that they are online but they aren't responding to any of my messages and since from the 20/07/2024 they have been promising that feedback will be provided and today its the 23/12/2024 I am still waiting for the clearance letter and that debt review was removed i wouldn't even reccomend this pathetic services even to satan not even my worste any enemy i won't even recommend this company they are the worse ive ever had to deal with. they will give you the unrealistic timelines and they will then ignore you when that timelines elapses. I am still waiting for the form 19 that shows that the debt review flag has been moved from my profile and Claudine must answer her calls or emails because as a manager we expect her to be better than her agents but they are they same they are all ignoring messages,emails and calls and apparently when I call they are using the laptop and can't answer calls how pathetic and lame excuse because i can recieve and make calls from my laptop. I WANT THE CLEARANCE LETTER AS PROMISED ON THE 20/07/2024 OR REFUND ME
