Unhappy with communication

I started the journey with SA debt clearance service the 2nd July 2024 then on the 27th of November only then letters were sent to the credit Bureau. I won't lie and say it was an easy Journey. The reason i started this journey earlier is because i had plans for December but my plans did not work out. Even now im still not aware on where i stand as communication had been a struggle. I dont mind the time it took but communication was not there as they had promised. It even got to a point when Claudine would be irritated of me asking a question that has not been answered for days. People's experience maybe different but im sharing about mine, mine was a little horrible i must say. Im not happy with the fact that communication would be ignored for days and when you asking for feedback based on the ignore communication the same person that promised you transparency would be irritated and defensive.
