Empty Promises

Good day all

In the beginning they are very fast to answer and the service is outstanding. When you paid the full amount, the communication is getting less, after awhile they dont answer, they only answer when you phone them. The only thing they help me is to get a pre scribe letter. They promise they will remove all closed accounts from the credit bureaus, still nothing. Not even my score did go up with them, honestly you need to send them a credit report so they can see, send it, i am still waiting. I really dont know where all this positive feedback come from but look like i am not one of the lucky ones. If you have alot of patients, then use them, i feel i spent money on nothing just for the pre scribe letter. Will not recommend them.
