Bad service and empty promises

Good day it is so sad to say I am very disappointed with this business I have been with them from July 2024 till today and nothing changed just empty promise's. In the beginning while I was still paying them there were updates every second day the moment I made my last payment it all stopped they just ignore your whatts apps you have to phone them and then again they say update will be sent to me in 2 days but nothing you always have to phone them and get stories they are always waiting for something and yet nothing is happening. Now again I contacted them on Tuesday and they promised a update by Thursday now it is Friday I sended them a message on where is my update they just ignore the message but you can see they are online. I am just so fed up with all this empty promise's if they can't do the job they must just say so then to take ones hard earned money and keep them on a line for nothing this is bad.
