SA deals annoying daily calls

Everyday I get a robot calling me trying to sell me something I do not want. I pressed 9 to opt out, but as clockwork I keep getting calls. I started blocking the number, but then a call comes from a different number. My cellphone number is new and I did not give out or give concent for anyone to give out my number. This company is in clear violation of POPIA. I think its time South Africa start making examples of these type of companies who keep breaking the law thinking they are above the law.
