Constant robot calls won't stop

Product affiliated with sa-deals called player's club keeps robot calling me multiple times a week. I've tried blocking to no success.

Please stop harassing me. Next step is law enforcement.

Using the Godaddy email as I cannot find a way to contact them myself in any way.
