NOT UPHOLDING GUARANTEE

<p>SA Damp did waterproofing work at my house on a large balcony. I went with the most comprehensive (and expensive) option presented by them in order to get a 10 year guarantee for the works. A few months after completion the damp in the rooms below has returned (in some instances worse than before). After 1 visit by their foreman, who indicated that repairs would need to be done to resolve the issues I cant get any response to numerous calls and emails. </p>
