SA Credit solutions

Hi I got a call From SA credit solution informing me about their service of helping people who are in debt, boom to my surprise they put me under Debt Review, without my knowledge and agreement and now my loans are not paid and they have put me in lore Debt with my bank and I can't take any loans because in under debt review and this is very frustrating ????
