They are ****ers

SA creditors contacted telling their going to help reduce my interest rates on my debts and they took my account details and they promised to send me emails I havent received any email i got an sms from them saying they have cancelled my debit orders and now I they will be debiting my account so I went to the bank because I had just transferred 12350 into my credit card which I have to use for rent to only find out my credit card has been blocked I sent an email saying I want to cancel the contract I tried to call them but their numbers aren't going through can someone please help me cancel this contract because now I can't even pay rent how I am even supposed to buy food if I can't access my funds
