Sa creditors nightmare

I've signed up with them within 7 days send them an email and a whatsapp canceling their services, no one responded till I found out that they've put me under debt review without my knowledge. I've send lot of emails asking them to take me out of the debt review and send me a cancelation letter, the response I get is that I will be contacted soon its been 5 months already, today again I called they said they will call me back. I cant do anything my accounts are on arrears, I can't apply for anything. Please help me get the cancelation letter and get removed from debt review list, I desperate to get help
