Debt review

I signed up with this place for debt review I didn’t start the actual monthly payments as I became unemployed so I requested they remove me from debit review it has been over a year and they still haven’t taken me off their system They are very unresponsive and unreliable I’m not happy because I cannot do anything until they remove me
