worse service ever

Is this company even legit? I have never tried to call a company so many times in my life before. ********** 223, ********** 256 I am lucky if it rings and when it does there is no answer. Too quick to place people under debt review but not willing to write the necessary letter to remove people from debt review after fees have been paid. i have spoken to a Yondela, Christopher, Busi, Namhla, Kelly, Amina since 2016 still no one can help or even call me back. i have sent emails to ********** ********** ********** ********** still no response.
