Serious levels of Incompetence by NCR and Legal Wise

A company by the name of SA Credit Solutions put me on debt review. And I did not consent to it, yet I found out I'm now on debt review.

I called them and asked them to remove my name, and they wouldn't badge. I notified NCR in June 2016, they wrote me a letter in July 2017 saying they investigated the matter and I agreed and signed to be put on the debt review programme. I went to their offices in July 2017 to make them aware I never signed any document to that effect, instead this company forged my signature. and that their investigations were one-sided as they never spoke to me. then I contacted Legal wise to intervene, instead they gave me excuses upon excuses yet I'm a platinum holder with them. till to date, I'm still waiting.

NCR is useless, and they are failing to hold these companies who are opportunists blood suckers accountable. Legal wise is so disorganised, It is sickening. the branch in Johannesburg is malfunctioning.
