SA CREDIT SOLUTIONS NCR no: NCRDC 426 ZAHID ADAMS ********** ACTIVITIES

I app**** for debt review in 2015 December with SA CREDIT SOLUTIONS. FROM 2016 I received monthly statements for accounts payed. In September I received a statement from the Bank which had a different amount as in the normal statements I received, I then made an enquiry to the company and all they said was that they made a mistake on my account and the difference of R43 208 that is missing is their mistake, they debited that amount wrongfully. I then asked for a refund of that amount and they said that it was a mistake and left it like that. From 2018 December I started paying personally from my account to cover the debts I had. I once again called the company in order to find a way of a refund and cancellation of the debt review, I was informed that the company had changed and I have to pay R3 500 for audience's from that company and wait for 42 months so that my name can be cleared. It has been 3 years now I'm still struggling with this company. It is costing me more than I have app**** for and I am also depressed because of this. If I had knew earlier on about the bull**** service this company offers I wouldn't have even looked at their first alphabet of their name.
