SA Credit solutions ****med me.!

I'm so disappointed in this company. I have an arrangement with them to assist me with my credit score, they promised to send me a contract for me to sign so they can start the process, I approved their debicheck on my bank account. A month later they debit my account yet I haven't received any contract or any service from them. I send emails, WhatsApp texts and calls but they ignore me, they keep saying we will call you up to now, in a few days they will be debiting my account again but they don't care about my well-being.
