SA Credit solution ****

I received I call from them, and 3 more after the first one. The last one the lady explained everything to me again, during the call I said to the lady that this is debt review and that I am not interested. She said to me that it is to late and I am already placed under depth review. Nothing have been signed or confirmed. I phoned them back and asked to speak to the manager, she said to me that I must signed the paperwork then after 3 months of payments she will fix it. But if I don't she will say that I did not work with them she will never take me of and that she will keep me under depth review for ever. After 3 months I phoned again to asked them to take me of and she said to me that she will not do it. After phoning and sending e-mails I received a letter from them that I am not under dept review any more and the letter wasn't correct to go to my bank and fix it. Still no carrect letter and still struggling to fix my name at the bank. Except that,I am married within community and I still upgraded and had other accounts that was still open by some clothing shops. My wife could get a study loan in that time. The letter that I was cleared from dept review was dated 02/2017 and received it in 02/2018 WOW!!!. Mean while my accounts wasn't paid and they also got behind still reflecting on my credit score. Now I must struggle to get everything up to date. And when i asked them for the recordings ghat I ap****d fot dept review they said they listened to it and don't want to send it to me. THEY ARE A **** AND I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE NCR
